From lightweight single jersey to heavyweight brushed fleece, we produce a comprehensive range of circular knit fabrics for apparel, home textile, and industrial applications.
Versatile single-knit fabric with a smooth face and soft hand feel. Naturally stretchy and breathable, jersey is the go-to choice for t-shirts, underwear, casual wear, and baby garments. Available in cotton, organic cotton, and blended compositions.
Double-face elastic knit featuring distinctive vertical ribs on both sides. Excellent stretch and recovery make rib knit ideal for cuffs, collars, waistbands, fitted tops, and activewear. Superior shape retention after repeated washing.
Premium quality cotton where short fibres are combed out, leaving only the longest, strongest strands. The result is a noticeably smoother, more lustrous, and pill-resistant fabric. Perfect for high-end garments, baby clothing, and luxury basics.
Textured knit with a distinctive honeycomb or waffle-like surface pattern. Highly breathable and dimensionally stable, pique is the classic choice for polo shirts, sportswear, school uniforms, and corporate apparel.
Loop-pile fabric engineered for superior absorbency. Available in French terry (loops on one side) and full terry varieties. Ideal for bathrobes, towels, sweatshirts, and loungewear. Soft, plush hand feel with excellent moisture management.
Jersey fabric with a brushed, napped reverse side that creates a warm, fuzzy texture. Offers insulation while remaining lightweight. Ideal for autumn/winter collections, hoodies, joggers, and blankets.
Our knitting department operates on a 2,000 m² climate-controlled production floor maintained at 25°C and 65% relative humidity under central computer monitoring. Raw yarn undergoes physical laboratory testing before entering production, and every metre of fabric is barcode-tracked through 100% quality inspection.

Every roll of Kayteks knit fabric follows a rigorous five-step production workflow, ensuring consistency, traceability, and premium quality from raw yarn to dispatch.
Every incoming yarn batch is tested in our physical laboratory for count, twist, tensile strength, and evenness before it enters the production line. Non-conforming batches are rejected at the gate.
Our fleet of 30 circular knitting machines (26″–48″ diameter) operates 24/7 to produce jersey, rib, pique, terry, and brushed constructions. Central computer monitoring ensures real-time quality tracking.
Every metre of greige (raw) fabric passes through 100% visual inspection on our quality control tables. Defects are marked, graded, and barcode-logged for full traceability.
Fabrics are dyed using reactive dyes with OEKO-TEX-compliant chemistry. We offer Pantone colour matching, special finishes (softening, anti-pilling, brushing), and strict colorfastness testing.
Finished fabric is rolled, labelled with full batch data, wrapped in protective packaging, and prepared for shipment. Each roll carries a barcode linking to its complete production history.
