Knitted Fabric
Kayteks Knitting Department is the department where the basic input yarn is controlled in a fully equipped physical laboratory and converted into raw fabric in line with customer requests. Production takes place 24 hours on a net production area of 2,000 m² with 16 circular knitting and 2 rubber machines.
100% quality control of produced fabrics is carried out. Fabrics identified with barcode system are dispatched to the dyehouse for dye-finishing-printing processes. Ambient temperature of 25°C and 65% humidity are kept under central computer control.
